Even though we are surrounded by nature and nourished by it, urban life often doesn't give us a tangible sense of being in nature. However, In human evolutionary history, our coexistence with the natural environment has led us to subconsciously believe that being in nature is a safe place. Especially under the pressure of stress or emotional turmoil, we will instinctively seek out environments that offer a sense of familiarity and security, looking for that familiar comfort and dependence to help stabilize our emotions.
